Be yourself; Everyone else is already taken

If you do not try, you will never know you can fly

Be yourself; Everyone else is already taken.

— Oscar Wilde.

Through life and my own endurance of suffering, i discover the the traits that can help you to make extraordinary and balance life are:

  • Kindness
  • Humility
  • Gratitude
  • Solitude
  • Positive loneliness

No one wants to work with an asshole, but everyone wants to get along with someone who doesn’t think they are the best and supports other people’s goals while supporting their own simultaneously.

It seems that this time alone has helped me process the tragedies my life and my mistakes have produced and that is how I find meaning to endure. Life can be go, go, go and without quiet time away from technology, we can’t assess what is happening, and most of all, why it is happening. Life is too noisy to discover ideas like humility that can change your life.

It’s easy to get lost in your career or your short-term success when you focus on small things like money, followers, attention and gaining appreciation. Tragedy helps you have present moment awareness and to understand how short time is.

Seeing each other as equal rather than placing one another on podiums that are adjusted in height based on success, is how we relate to people that helps us to produce extraordinary results in life.

Your results in life are based on bringing people around you, not in seeing people as being in competition with you.

So if we are all connected to each other and what hurts another person hurts you, you may as well be a nice and cool person. It will serve you well

What is best 10 habits that have changed your life.

My top 10.

And I’m way on 40 plus anniversary of my birthday so I know something about years of habits.

1. Exercise. Every day. I take running, practice the daily basis on 7 km and up to 21 km during weekend. Something every day. Keeps my blood flowing, muscles conditioned and joints flexible. I set the target for finishing a long Marathon run quarterly, road or trail.

2. Love. Every day. I would to maintain the open gratitude about love actually even though I am single living now. I never miss a day expressing love. Keeps the love flowing towards life, family members, friends, colleagues, beauty things and unexpected beautiful things happened in life. I do believe the true and the authentic will come one day.

3. Thankfulness. Every day. First thing in the morning I give thanks for all of our blessings while I get ready. Focuses my mind on the positive and fills me with happiness.

4. Nutrition. Every day. I eat carefully and correctly. Don’t eat junk. Realized garbage in, garbage out. Good food in, good results out.

5. Confidence. Every day. When I get up I can choose to be worried and unhappy. Or expect the day to be great. Set your goal with B-alert (Blueprint, Action, Learning, Exercise, Relaxing, Thinking). Funny thing is you end up pretty much with what you expect.

6. Love. Every day. I nourish relationships with my children, families and friends. Face to face, email, phone or Facetime. Nothing better.

7. Save. Every day. I am always saved and invested. Automatically. Even when I had little.

8. Give. Every day. I focus on how I can help others achieve the success in life we’ve enjoyed. My writing is part of that. What I give is multiplied back in richness of life.

9. Faith. Every day. First thing every morning, while getting ready and having breakfast, I give thanks for all we have and pray for what we need. And have faith I’m not alone.

10. Positive. Every day. I have a choice every morning to make my day positive and productive or to waste it. I choose to make if positive. And it’s made all the difference.

Your life, ultimately, will be the sum total of all the habits you follow every day. So choose carefully.

You can build a successful life but only as you build it on the foundation of successful habits.

Model compassion and vulnerability

“It is call of nature for modeling a compassionate and vulnerable version of masculinity for long life years”

That is an excellent description of what the way of life entails. If you adopt the principles, then we can get closer to people and lower our own importance with the glue that sticks humanity together: compassion.

And vulnerability is part of the same equation for the way of life. It’s not easy to admit your own failures or talk about tragedies that have shaped your life, which you played a part in.

But through our own ability to be vulnerable, we get to speak our truth.

That truth defines us and unites us as people.

The compassion way of life has become a somewhat obsession and I hope to see it become fashionable. I long for the day when simple traits such as humility and compassion bring us together.

All of us can unlock this way of life and produce extraordinary results in the process. Basically, it involves embracing the philosophy that is to be a good human being.

Endurance the tragedy bring you the new perception of life

It seems that this time alone has helped me process the tragedies in my life and review those mistakes have produced and that is how I find meaning to endure. Life can be go, go, go and without quiet time away from technology distraction, escalating pressure from career pursuit, sociology and family responsibility, society old fashionable definition of life success, we can’t assess what is happening, and most of all, why it is happening. Life is too noisy to discover ideas like humility that can change your life.

It’s easy to get lost in your career or your short-term success when you focus on small things like money, followers, attention and gaining appreciation. Tragedy helps you have present moment awareness and to understand how short time is.

Throughout life, we have multiple rebirths. Before every rebirth is a period of isolation and sometimes loneliness — your time away is part of the process. If you never go away from the spotlight in your career, you can’t do the difficult work on yourself that is required to level-up. Nothing dies in our lives. Everything is just reborn in a different form that is better than our original existence.

Your results in life are based on bringing people around you, not in seeing people as being in competition with you. Seeing each other as equal rather than placing one another on podiums that are adjusted in height based on success, is how we relate to people that helps us to produce extraordinary results in life.

Through tragedy and and then recovery process, we have draw a meaning full life and discover the personal traits that have made me extraordinary balance.

  • Kindness
  • Humility
  • Gratitude
  • Solitude
  • Positive loneliness

Introduce Yourself (Example Post)

This is an example post, originally published as part of Blogging University. Enroll in one of our ten programs, and start your blog right.

You’re going to publish a post today. Don’t worry about how your blog looks. Don’t worry if you haven’t given it a name yet, or you’re feeling overwhelmed. Just click the “New Post” button, and tell us why you’re here.

Why do this?

  • Because it gives new readers context. What are you about? Why should they read your blog?
  • Because it will help you focus you own ideas about your blog and what you’d like to do with it.

The post can be short or long, a personal intro to your life or a bloggy mission statement, a manifesto for the future or a simple outline of your the types of things you hope to publish.

To help you get started, here are a few questions:

  • Why are you blogging publicly, rather than keeping a personal journal?
  • What topics do you think you’ll write about?
  • Who would you love to connect with via your blog?
  • If you blog successfully throughout the next year, what would you hope to have accomplished?

You’re not locked into any of this; one of the wonderful things about blogs is how they constantly evolve as we learn, grow, and interact with one another — but it’s good to know where and why you started, and articulating your goals may just give you a few other post ideas.

Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later.

When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
